McGarr Creative is focused on addressing the design and marketing issues for business environments. Helping clients implement solutions enabling them to build a strong and lasting relationship with their customers and other valued networks. Casey leads the day-to-day branding and design development.

Prior to establishing McGarr Creative in McKinney, Texas, Casey worked for Arthur Andersen as the Art Director for the Southwest Region designing web environments for clients. He also worked at retailer Fossil (watches and apparel) where he was Creative Director of their Image group directing print, packaging, and web solutions. Fossil is recognized within the design industry for the company's consumer branding. He also helped design Fossil's Annual Reports, consumer ads and corporate communications pieces.

Casey was the president of the DSVC (Dallas Society of Visual Communicators) from 2000-2001. The DSVC is the largest local creative club in the USA. The membership consists of graphic designers, illustrators, photographers, copywriters, and industry suppliers. Along the way it has continually sought to elevate the standards of the industry and promote the value that creative professionals add to commerce and the community at-large.

Casey is also an adjunct at Texas A&M Commerce UCD campus and teaches Design 1 and typography. Casey has also taught Art Direction 1 & 2 at Collin County Community College for the past 7 years. Casey is currently attending graduate school for his MFA in Graphic Design / Education at Texas A&M Commerce at the UCD campus.

In 2001 Casey established a letterpress business, Inky Lips Press which prints posters, invitations and stationery. Casey's hand carving of linoleum or hand setting metal and wood type keeps the craft alive.
