McGarr Creative is focused on addressing the design and marketing issues for business environments. Helping clients implement solutions enabling them to build a strong and lasting relationship with their customers and other valued networks. Casey leads the day-to-day branding and design development.

Prior to establishing McGarr Creative in McKinney, Texas, Casey worked for Arthur Andersen as the Art Director for the Southwest Region designing web environments for clients. He also worked at retailer Fossil (watches and apparel) where he was Creative Director of their Image group directing print, packaging, and web solutions. Fossil is recognized within the design industry for the company's consumer branding. He also helped design Fossil's Annual Reports, consumer ads and corporate communications pieces.

 

Casey taught Design 1 at Texas A&M Commerce UCD campus the spring 2008 semester and Art Direction II at Collin County Community College for the past 5 years. Casey is currently attending graduate school for his MFA in Graphic Design at Texas A&M Commerce at the UCD campus.

 

In 2001 Casey established a letterpress business, Inky Lips Press prints posters and fun stuff and Yours Truly Letterpress prints invitations and fine stationary. He concentrates on posters, invitations and any other unique pieces that keep the presses active. Casey's hand carving of linoleum or hand setting metal and wood type keeps the craft alive.
